About the Performance: Elixir’s scenery revolves around the concept of impact in a lifespan. In this scenery, the impact of the participant on the surrounding objects and his range of attention toward the lifespan get accentuated. Likewise, the mutual impact of object on man and man on object is achieved through the arrangement of materials in terms of visual form, unnatural sounds etc.

Ali Kazemi: B. 1986, Karaj. BA in acting and MA in directing, Tehran University of Art. Idea developer, designer and director of the cartoon “Point Zero” and the animated series “For One Person”. Participant and performer at the From Test to Image Workshop. Participant and performer at the “Action” video designing workshop. Synopsis: A villager hears a sound at midnight but sees no one around. Apparently, no one else has heard the sound. The first few nights, the man looks for the source of the sound but finds nothing. He goes to the doctor as he thinks he might be suffering from a mental disorder.

About the Performance: The Corridor is an interactive performance in which the audience- actors are patients suffering from HIV and the medical staff of Imam Khomeini Hospital, the biggest and the main center in Tehran that gives services to HIV-positive patients. This performance gives the HIV-positive patients an opportunity to tell about stigma and discrimination attached to them and their conditions.
