”Theater is the art of affection, not hatred

Iran Theater- After watching the "Centennial Anniversary of Conquest of Crying" Seyed Abbas Salehi, Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, said :” The performing arts budget is a small one, and the special attention of the supreme leader can help of the performing arts.”

He answered the journalist’s questions.

He said: “Theater is the art of affection, not hatred; disagreement can be there, but fortunately we have had good performances at the festival and open ideas should help. We respect all ideas.”

Salehi also responded to another question about whether he promised that there would be no problem in continuing the work of the artists who preferred this year to the Fajr festival, since other institutions decide on the matter.He said: Our whole endeavor is to bring the people of culture and art together and to promote Iranian art together, and all our efforts are to take this path seriously.
