The Fifth Edition

The Fifth FADJR International Theater Festival, the festival was held from 1-12 February, 1987.  The secretary of The festival was Taha Abd-khodai . The venues of the festival were: City Theater Complex, Niavaran Culture Center, Modern Art Museum, Molavai Theater, Sangelaj Theater Complex, Mehrab Theater,Vahdat Hall and  Honar Hall.

15 plays in the competition section and 7 plays in Guest Section and 11 plays in special section went on stage. The festival was held nationally. The festival had daily bulletin.

The festival was competitive in following sections Playwriting, directing, male acting, costume design and rhythm coordinator.

During this festival, the judgment of the playwriting section was based on the plays that performed.  The 5th edition of the festival hosted six specialized sessions.
