The sixth Festival
The sixth FADJR International Theater Festival was held from 1-12 February, 1988. Ali Montazeri was appointed as the secretary of the festival for the first time . Mohamad Vojdani designed the official poster. The venues of the festival were: City Theater Complex, Niavaran Culture Center, Molavai Theater, Sangelaj Theater Complex, Mehrab Theater,Vahdat Hall and Honar Hall.
16 plays in the competition section, 8 plays in Children Competition Section , one play in Ritual Section, 5 plays in Traditional Section , 7 plays in Guest Section, and 6 plays in special section went on stage. Cries of Iraqi Muslim Women (Faryad-e Zanan-e Mosalman-e Aragh) which is written by Ommebagher Zelzeleh and directed by Ommebagher Zelzeleh from Iraq attended in the festival.The festival had nine daily bulletin with Naser Bozorgmehr management.
The festival was competitive in following sections Playwriting, Directing, Male Acting, Female Acting, Child and young Adult Acting, Stage Design, Music, and war subject.
During this festival, the judgment of the playwriting section was based on the plays that performed. The 6th edition of the festival hosted six specialized sessions.
