Head of Frankfort Theatre House Hopes to Have Cooperation with Iranian Theatre Artists
Gordon Vajen Manager of Frankfort Theatre House and head of Theatrehouse Hall who was present in 33rd Fadjr Theatre Festival spoke about cooperative cultural programs which are supposed to happen between two countries’ managers of Germany and Iran.
According to public relations of 33rd Fadjr International Theater Festival,Gordon Vajen and Ali Moradkhani, Art deputy of Minister of culture and Islamic Guidance had a joint meeting on development of Iran and Germany theatre and performances in two countries.
Head of Frankfort Theatre House explained about this cultural communication: “for making a cultural communication it is essential to have multi-side communication. First of all it backs to connections of Iran Dramatic Arts Center and Children and Yung Adults Theatre Office of Germany even by letter or email. Based on our experience, in Iran there are many theatre festival in a year. We want to make communication with participated groups in these festivals with German theatre groups.”
Gordon Vajen who has been present in 2010 as a jury member of Hamedan children and young adult theatre festival also has some other trips to Iran added about meeting of Iranian and German artists and experiencing cultural atmospheres: “German artists must come and see the process of working with Iranian artists and vice versa. We believe that learning and cultural communication must be bilateral. “
33rd Fadjr Theatre Festival with directorship of Ardeshir Salehpour will be held from 21st January to 1st February 2015.
