Foreigners at Festival to see “Woyzeck”
On the last performance of “Woyzeck”, directed by Reza Servati, the representative of German embassy along with other guests from Australia and Armenia were present.
Based on News Headquarter of the 31st Fadjr Theatre Festival, on Tuesday (January 23) the play “Woyzeck” had been staged for the last time and got a rapturous ovation.
The audiences outnumbered the seating and some people were not able to see the play. The theatre troupe has promised to perform for those interested after the festival.
Among VIP guests were faces such as Golab Adine, Noura Hashemi, Khosro Pesyani, and Shirin Yazdan.
Last night due to the leg injury of Babak Hamidian, one of the actors, Reza Servati went on stage as his replacement.
The play “Woyzeck” is going to be on stage from February 5 at Hafez Hall.
The 31st Fadjr International Theatre Festival has begun since January 15 and will be continued till January 31.
