Condition for Participation in Fadjr Festival’s Radio Drama Section

The Fadjr festival’s headquarters with the cooperation of Radio’s Dramatic Arts Center has called on professional thespians, students and fans of radio drama and theater to take part in the section either as competitor or guest to bolster foundations of the radio drama.
Seven 30 to 90-min radio plays would compete for the top place in the festival’s competition section of “radio drama” while the plays, which enjoy the festival’s criteria, are entitled to take part in the event as guest. 
In addition to the registration forms, the plays must be submitted to the secretariat in compact discs in audio or mp3 formats.
The selection board of the festival would review all plays to choose the top seven dramas vying in the section. The top seven radio dramas are entitled to receive wages of the production team and cash assistances determined by the board provided that they have live performances. 
The festival’s secretariat would provide recording facilities to Tehran-based artists and the production rights would be given to the center.
Each 30 to 90-min work must be a single play. Participants could have just one drama in the competition section. In case guest section is hold, participants could have one drama there, too. The final judgment would be carried out based on the live performance. The winner would receive statuette, plaque and cash prize.

Forms must be submitted to the secretariat of the section not later than December 23 to the following address: Supervision & Evaluation Office, Dramatic Arts Center, Radio Building, Panzdah Khordar Square.
