Attending the 28th Fadjr International Theater Festival
Baran Kosari is performing at the Ali asghar Dashti's new play
"Baran Kosari" who is a young well known actress in Iranian cinema industry and had been performing in theatres for a while now, has been casted at the new play of Ali asghar Dashti "Shahrzad".
This play which is based on the famous book "one thousand and one nights", has been prepared by Ali asghar Dashti for the 28th Fadjr International Theater Festival. Nasim Ahmadpoor alongside Yoones Tarakame are the dramaturges of this play.
The actors who have already been casted are: Baran Kosari, Negar Javaherian, Ramin Saiardashti, Abas Habibi, Arash Bozorgzade, Arash Falahatpishe, Banafshe Nejati, Mina Dorodian, Ramoona Shah, Naz Shadman, Ali Shams and Shahab Anoosha. Other performers are expected to join the group soon.
In an interview with Iran Theatre website about the performance method, Dashti indicated:" there is a special situation considering "Shahrzad" play, having it right depends first on the group's dedication to complete the performance idea, continuing the rehearsals with that or acquiring a new idea; and second on the people responsible for getting us the convenient situation which could be getting us a particular scene…".
"Don kihot" theatre group has had "Molanasraddin" play on the scene of Molavi hall, which was popular amongst viewers.
