Women have a more realistic look on Art

From Family to Art
Chista Yasrebi says: women’s presentation in different Theater fields has become more serious in resent years, their acts and studies have increased equally too. They are mostly appearing in stage design, play writing and directing these days. 
One of the reasons is the great number of graduate women from universities, and the other reason is that women have a great tendency to play writing and have started their job as play writer, immediately after graduation. 
Yasrebi says: right now, women are as active in art fields as men, but the great difference is that women enter some maters related to family and different generations into their work and their work is much more critical than men’s works. Women’s works are full of panic and also it is a tenacious connection bridge between Family and Art. 
She continued: theater is a cruel job, according to all hard situations that a woman has in her theater works, she gets only a small wage, but she still goes on and we can see that it has increased during years.

There have been lots of progresses 
Kataion Feiz Marandi (director, stage designer and theater trainer) says: fortunately there are a great number of Theatre educated women who are active in different Theater fields like directing, acting, stage designing and play writing…
I believe both generations, old and young, now are working together but many of women are leaving theater and entering Cinema works because unfortunately there are more money in Cinema to catch. 
She adds: women presentation in some theater fields like directing and play writing has progressed these years.

We have to work weighty 
Shohre Soltani(Theater director and actress) says: these days we have some good works about women which have pretty contains but in the past it was so harder to get into a Theater jobs and it needed to have more studies in this field. When I compare past days with these days, I see lots of women choose theater only in case to get to Cinema. Most of our women in art fields don’t have a specific aim and just fool around, the other pointis that most of them are interested in acting and don’t enter other fields in Theater.

Women work as hard as men
Mitra Khajeian (Theater director and actress) says: women work as hard as men these days and the quality of their work is depended to their assiduity. I see no difference between the shape of women’s work and men’s work, differences are among individuals and their abilities.
