Renting rooms for practicing is the only remained way!

Theatre office rooms are the only mentioned places for practice which is really few and can't support all the groups with enough space so there will be no other chance but to rent some place for practice which is very expensive and many groups can't afford it. 
Maryam Motaref, the manager of theatre office says; we have only six rooms which are in use by theatre groups from 8 am till 11 pm, and as you can see, because of numerous numbers of attended groups we can't let more than 3 hours to each of these groups. 
But Ali Nargesnejad, director of "rationing rooster feather…" believes 3 hours is not enough, as he says one hour will be wasted and two remained hours can't be useful so he decided to ignore theatre office facilities and rent a personal place at the center of the town to give a calm area for practicing to his group.
One of the other directors says; plus to the limited given time, theatre office rooms are not suitable, it is small and we can't practice some part of our motive scenes there. 
One of the other directors commented that festival organizers have to be more responsible and if they can't support accepted groups with proper room for practicing, at least it has to pay the cost of renting, but according festivals financial problems it seems impossible. 
He complains about bad situation of theatre office rooms and says; synchronizing the groups schedule with theatre office offered times is something really hard which causes problems for groups. 
Maryam Motaref says something else; she says all the groups demand hours between 8 pm and 11pm
And this is what makes a problem for groups. 
As one of the managers says, renting personal practice rooms is the best solution. Some directors have made standard rooms with proper situation in their own undergrounds to solve this problem. This manager also says; although it is really expensive to rent a practice room but worth it because we are sure about our success and knowing this fact that our play is going to be performed in Fadjr Festival give us strength and hope to continue.
