Seiid Javad Roshan: what is obvious about International Fadjr Festival is that lots of Iranian Famous artists kicked of their professional works in this festival. Fadjr festival has been held both in competitive and uncompetitive ways during last years; this matter has always had its own adherents and opponents.
Previously, fadjr festival was a way to get to public performances so theatre groups tried to attend festival so they could hope to have public performance during next year after challenging with other groups. But right now Fadjr Festival has lost this function and has been changed during these years. According to audience taste, some new parts are added to Fadjr Festival. Festival pays spatial attention to original plays written by Iranian writers. Having parts like New Experience, Theatre of Nations, Iran Theatre Panorama, Best of Festivals, Review, International Competition, Research and… shows festival’s consideration on different dramatic tends and needs. 
Now there is a question which asks if Fadjr Festival is an exact display of Iran Theatre or not?
It seems hard to answer this question, but undoubtedly, although it is not an exact display of Iran Theatre, at least it can reflect a large part of it. Having local festivals, presentation of local theatre groups in festival, having different parts, large amount of attended plays and the vast range of artists and plays we can see in festival show Iran Theatre dynamism.
For two reasons, having International part in Fadjr Festival can be considered as one of the most important parts in this Festival. First; we can have relationship between Iranian groups and foreigners. Second; it will be a proper chance for theatre students and those interested in theater to be more familiar with foreign plays. Considering these two points, festival organizers have to pay more attention to this part and do their best to improve it each year. 
Iranian and foreigner theatre groups, both challenge in International competition part of Fadjr Festival and their works will be judged by both Iranian and foreigner artists. It proves that no more Fadjr Festival is considering foreign groups as mere gusts.
Publishing some translated research books besides having different seminars and didactic workshops is an affective way to improve the modal level of Iran Theatre. 
According what is said above, Fadjr Festival is the most important and impressive Iranian Festival which is going to be known as an important International theatre in a near Future, so festival organizers have to pay Spatial attention to provide proper facilities for such an important event.
