Shahram Karami: Street theater is the most popular part of the festival

According to 33rd Fadjr Theater Festival public affairs, Shahram Karami said: quality and creativity is the most important criteria to evaluate street theaters. He also added: various plays had participated in this section, they were differing from experimental and traditional plays to comic plays right for all the audience. He believes street theater in Iran fortunately has a strong potential.
As most of the plays that were accepted in this section were from small cities, he insists “There were no limits to choose between the plays from Tehran and other cities but the quality of the plays from other cities made us to choose them. Actually artists from different provinces were on the top of street theater in recent years.
Shahram Karami said that street theater section is particularly important because people like it much better and it is very popular. There is always a happy crowd out to watch street plays so it is the most popular part of the festival.
33rd Fadjr International Theater Festival will be held from 1st to 12th Bahman 93 managed by Ardeshir Salehpour .
