FITF 2024 line-up guide: Gaza Special and National identity sections

This year ‘s Fadjr International Theater Festival television added Gaza and National identity sections.

Fourteen plays in the national identity section and 9 plays in the special Gaza section compete in the 42nd Fadjr International Theater Festival.

 

National Identity Competition

" Morq-e sahar ", written by Arash Khairabadi and directed by Reza Hosseini

"A Dream of a Horse Named Shabarang", written by Mehdi Simriz and directed by Mohammad Jahanpa

"Ring and Well", written and directed by Ehsan Janami

" Seghatoleslam ", written by Amir Amir Alizadegan and directed by Amir Hejazi

"Behind the Red Light", written and directed by Mohsen Soleimani –Farsani

Street show "Brave heart", written and directed by Saeed Badini

"Lily and the empty frame", written by Saeed Mo’azeni and directed by Vida Mousavi

"Ario Barzan", written and directed by Hamed Mokameli

"Sergeant", written and directed by Reza Saberi

"When we were all asleep", written by Tohid Masoumi and directed by Maisam Habibi

"Trauma" written by a group, directed by Ahmad Soleimani

Radio drama "Rena" , written by Mansoureh Asgari and directed by Hanieh Pirani

Radio drama "Bi  Az Bi Rah" written and directed by Mehdi Ghasemzadeh

"Bride of Palestine", written by Abdolreza Hayati and directed by Mustafa Bo-ozar

"The End" , written by Beti Shamieh and directed by Ali Ekbatani

The 2024 FITF is underway until January 31, 2024.

Iran Theater-The 42nd Fadjr International Theater Festival wrapped up successfully on February 1, 2024 in Vahdat Hall. Iran Theater- Kamran Shahlaei’s"A Few Messy Narratives", is performing at Fadjr stage Competition. He says that the play is about loneliness and has three episodes. The cast includes one male actor and three female actors.

Hossein Mosafer Astaneh on "Resurrection of Love"

Iran Theater- The musical show "Resurrection of Love" is at out of competition section of the 42nd Fadjr International Theater Festival. Hossein Mosafer Astaneh said the story begins with the scene of Rumi's dying, but he comes back to life.
